Wooden toys
There is something about toys made in wood and different timbers that today's plastic and synthetic equivalents just do not seem to capture the same feel and emotion that wooden toys are able too. Wooden toys allow children to use their own imagation and creativity which helps them to learn and think for themselves.
Toys made from wood are simple to use which allow children at any stage of learning to be able to quickly pick up any wooden toy and begin the enjoyment of it's functionality at a moments notice. Some of the new toys these days are over complicated sometimes over stimulating the childes mind, causing anger and frustration. Toys made from wood however are simple, easy on the childes mind which will promote a calmer and happier child, when playing with toys that are crafted from wood.
Wooden toys are also biodegradable which do not have a negative impact on the environment, they do not contain any forms of lead or chemicals in them that which can alter or affect a childes health or well being.
With today's environmental issues modern toys are durable and last a long time but are not safe for the environment. They do not decompose and break down, leaving an impact on the health of this planet for many generations to come.
Wood is completely renewable since it can be grow from natural products and will break down as natures cycle has been a proven method for millions of years.
In all wooden toys is educational, fun, healthy for both the children using them and the environment that we would all like to leave in tact for future generations of children to enjoy just as we did. Wooden toys can be used and enjoyed for many generations to come, even so far as becoming a family heirloom, so why wouldn't a toy crafted from wood be the preferred choice for today's child.
